Please call 510.406.2638 or email us to schedule an initial phone conversation so we can find out more about your wedding or event. From there, we can schedule a complimentary consult to review in more detail what you're envisioning, both for your event and the florals.

The consult usually takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours, during which we'll take down the nuts and bolts of your event and go over any design ideas that you've already gathered. We will also flesh out new design ideas if you haven't already thought about what the florals would look like. If you have them, please bring the following when we meet:

  • ~ pictures of the bride and groom attire; bridesmaid and groomsmen attire
  • ~ fabric or color samples of things with which you would like to coordinate
  • ~ pictures of floral arrangements you like or that inspire you
  • ~ images that inspire you or reflect your style
  • ~ pictures of the event venue
  • ~ invitations

Within 2 weeks of our consult, we will provide a line-item Cost Estimate based on the floral choices, designs and quantities discussed during the consult. We can make adjustments to the estimate as necessary, and once approved, will provide you with a Service Agreement that outlines terms, conditions and payment schedule. We require an initial deposit of 1/3 the Cost Estimate total at the time of signing the Service Agreement to secure your date.
